What is the Windsor School Million Dollar Scholar Search?
The Windsor School Million Dollar Scholar Search is a scholarship competition among Bahamian youth incorporating an interview as well as talent and various challenges which will be aired on national television, with contestants vying for one of ten full scholarships to Windsor School on New Providence.
Who is eligible to apply?
The search is open to any Bahamian citizens currently in 8th, 9th or 10th grades. Current Windsor School students are not eligible to apply.
How will the million dollars be awarded?
Five (5) boys and five (5) girls will receive up to a four-year scholarship to Windsor School at Albany, which includes full tuition, uniforms, daily lunch, books and an iPad (valued at $25,000 per year).
How does the competition work?
All applications will be evaluated by the judging panel, and 20 boys and 20 girls will be selected as finalists to compete in the competition. The finalists will spend two days at Windsor School to participate in an interview with the judges, a talent performance and various challenges. From the 40 finalists, five boys and five girls will ultimately win up to four-year scholarships to attend Windsor School.
When is the competition filmed?
The competition will be filmed at Windsor School from Friday, March 26 – Monday, March 29, 2021. The finalists will be split into two groups and assigned to either the March 26-27 filming or March 28-29 filming.
How are the finalists selected?
The judges will collectively assess each finalist based on their interview, talent presentation and performance in the live challenges.

The panel of judges include a combination of prominent leaders in The Bahamas and internationally.
